We're partnering with a design and project management studio delivering exceptional retail and hospitality environments for global and boutique brands. They blend creativity with precision, producing spaces that work as well as they look.

This team is looking for technically minded Interior Designers and Interior Architects to join them on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in bringing design concepts to life through detailed technical drawing packs and close collaboration with project and site teams.

About the role

You'll be part of a studio known for its high standards, collaborative energy, and hands-on approach. Every project is different, but the focus is always the same: excellence in detail, clarity in documentation, and a smooth journey from design to build.

What you'll do

  • Produce complete technical drawing packs using Vectorworks 2D and 3D
  • Translate creative concepts into buildable, accurate solutions
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
  • Support projects through all stages, from technical design to delivery
  • Ensure detail, precision, and consistency across all documentation
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Take ownership of project packages and problem-solve with initiative

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience working on retail or F&B interiors
  • Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks 2D and 3D
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and construction methods
  • Confidence communicating and collaborating within a team
  • Organisation, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Open to both midweight and senior-level candidates with relevant experience

Why apply

You'll work with leading retail and hospitality brands in a studio that values design quality, teamwork, and professional growth. You'll get exposure to a variety of high-end projects that challenge and inspire, alongside a competitive salary, long-term stability, and a supportive creative culture.

If you take pride in producing technical drawings that turn great ideas into beautiful, buildable spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Right to work: Only candidates with the current right to work in the UK can be considered.
