Junior / Midweight Interiors Visualiser

Spatial, Interiors, Brand Environments

East London, hybrid

Up to £45,000

This role exists because strong ideas need to be seen as clearly as they’re imagined.

The studio is producing high-end retail and spatial work, where early-stage concepts rely heavily on visual storytelling to communicate intent, mood, and direction. As project volume grows, the demand for high-quality, consistent 3D visuals is increasing.

Right now, that output needs strengthening.

This hire focuses on that space.

You would be responsible for creating 3D visuals that bring concepts to life. Not designing the spaces themselves, but translating ideas into imagery that is clear, compelling, and aligned with the studio’s creative standard.

This is a pure visual role.

You’ll work across multiple live projects, producing imagery for presentations, pitches, and internal development. The focus is on composition, lighting, materials, and atmosphere, making sure each visual communicates not just what a space is, but how it feels.

In the first few months, success looks like producing visuals that align closely with design intent and elevate how ideas are presented.

Over time, you become a reliable part of the creative process, someone the team trusts to interpret concepts and turn them into strong visual outputs without constant direction.

This role suits someone who thinks in images. Someone who enjoys refining visuals until they feel right, and who takes pride in craft, detail, and atmosphere. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, balancing quality with deadlines, and adapting as projects evolve.

It won’t suit everyone.

If you’re looking to lead design or shape spatial concepts, this isn’t that role.

If your strengths sit more in technical drawing or delivery, you’ll find this too narrow.

And if you’re not motivated by visual craft as a core discipline, this will feel limiting.

What matters here is your eye.

A strong portfolio showing interiors or spatial visualisation work is essential, along with confidence in tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar. Understanding space, light, and materiality matters more than the specific software.

What makes the role attractive for the right person is the focus. You’ll be part of a design-led studio, working on high-end spatial projects, with the opportunity to elevate how ideas are seen and understood.

If you enjoy shaping atmosphere and bringing ideas to life visually, it’s worth a conversation.
