Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: East London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the studio)

Software: Cinema 4D and Vectorworks (essential), Adobe Creative Suite

About the Role

The agency is building a dedicated team around one of its key client accounts, and is looking for a Senior 3D Designer to sit at the heart of it. You'll be a hands-on designer and a key contributor to the creative work, taking ideas from concept visuals in Cinema 4D through to final design intent and detail packages in Vectorworks.

Depending on your strengths, the role can lean towards the creative and conceptual side, or towards design management and technical delivery. Either way, there's a real opportunity to grow quickly into a team lead role as the account develops.

Your Days Will Look Something Like This

Design

• Developing innovative creative solutions to brand experience briefs across retail and hospitality interiors
• Creating compelling Cinema 4D visuals that bring ideas to life for the client and the studio
• Producing final design intent and detailed design packages within a structured workflow

Delivery

• Prioritising your workload against programme, with clear and organised thinking
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, and understanding how they work
• Presenting confidently to the client and to the wider studio

Team

• Mentoring and developing Junior and Midweight Designers
• Contributing to project capture and case studies

You Might Be Our Perfect Match If

• You have a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• You have 5+ years' experience as an interior designer, with a focus on retail and/or hospitality interiors
• Your Cinema 4D skills are outstanding (this one's a must)
• You're confident in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite
• You have strong conceptual 3D thinking, ideally backed up by hand-drawing
• You've worked on premium-end or global brands
• You can run multiple projects at different stages, and you're ready to step up and lead a team
