Senior Designer

Working pattern: Full-time, 5 days in studio

Location: Soho, London

Salary: £52,500 to £60,000, depending on experience

Software: Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

Their work spans creative strategy, product and campaign development, multimedia art direction, and interior design. With a growing client base of established names and emerging talent, the studio is expanding and looking for ambitious designers to join.


About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Designer to lead spatial design, graphics, and art direction projects for some of the world's most recognisable sports and luxury lifestyle brands.

This is a chance to join one of London's most creative studios and contribute to genuinely outstanding work.


What you'll do

  • Lead the concept, design, development, and delivery of projects for international clients
  • Collaborate closely with Design Directors and Creative Directors
  • Manage and mentor a Junior Designer while guiding small teams of midweight and junior creatives


What you'll bring

  • Minimum 7 years' design industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial work
  • Proven ability to generate and communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and visually
  • Extensive experience in spatial design
  • Confidence leading teams of creatives and working alongside strategists
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for high-end creativity and design
  • Interest in fashion, sportswear, art, and design
  • Experience using Keynote is a plus
  • Understanding of digital design fundamentals is helpful


Working arrangement

This role is fully studio-based, five days a week. There are no hybrid or remote options available.


Right to work: Candidates must be based in the UK with indefinite leave to remain.
