About the Business
Our client is a globally recognised consumer brand with a loyal, passionate following built over more than two decades. Their products are known for exceptional quality, distinctive character, and an emotional resonance that cuts across demographics and geographies. With a strong creative identity and an ever-expanding product world, the business is scaling its in-house product development capability to meet growing global demand.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operational precision. As Brand Product Developer, you'll own the end-to-end development of branded merchandise, POS materials, packaging, and activation products -- taking concepts from brief through to production-ready sign-off.
You'll work closely with Design, Production, Compliance, and Quality teams, as well as managing direct relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers. The role sits within a growing product development function and reports into the Product Development Manager.
This is the kind of role that suits someone who is deeply organised, commercially minded, and passionate about bringing beautifully made physical products to life. You'll be a key connection between brand ambition and manufacturable reality.
