About the role

We're hiring for Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles within a design-led consultancy delivering retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors.

You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and making sure every project runs smoothly.

If you're an organised, proactive communicator who enjoys bringing creative spaces to life, this is a strong opportunity to grow within a team that values precision, collaboration, and design excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead smaller projects or workstreams, or manage full lifecycles depending on experience
  • Create and maintain schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Manage compliance across Building Control, planning, and CDM
  • Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and issue clear progress updates
  • Support tendering, procurement, and value engineering
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the studio with confidence

What you'll bring

  • 4 to 7+ years' experience in project coordination or delivery, ideally within retail, hospitality, or interiors
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Knowledge of Building Control and compliance standards
  • A proactive, structured approach with an eye for detail

Why apply

You'll join a collaborative, design-driven team where you can take ownership, build trusted client relationships, and deliver projects that make an impact. Whether you're stepping up to your first management role or leading at senior level, there's space here to grow.
