  • Bring clarity, insight, and collaboration to internal teams

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in account management or client services within a design or experiential agency
  • Proven success managing major accounts in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with strong emotional intelligence
  • Confidence presenting and communicating, both written and verbal
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to align creative ambition with business goals
  • Design literacy, cultural awareness, and genuine passion for creativity
  • Organisation, initiative, and calm under pressure
  • London-based with full right to work in the UK

Bonus skills

  • Experience in retail or experience design
  • Additional language skills (French, Italian, or Mandarin)

Why apply

This is a chance to work with some of the industry's most exciting clients in a studio that values quality, curiosity, and collaboration. If you're driven by relationships and care about creative excellence, it's worth a conversation.

Right to work: Only candidates with the current right to work in the UK can be considered.
