Working pattern: Studio-based

Contract: Fixed term (6 to 12 months) or permanent

About the role

We're looking for a Designer, Architecture to join a global design team shaping luxury beauty environments. Think pop-ups, shop-in-shops, travel retail experiences, and permanent installations.


This role sits at the intersection of creativity and precision. You'll help bring brand stories to life across multiple markets, balancing design innovation with technical delivery. The right person will enjoy a detail-led environment and thrive when collaborating with designers, architects, and marketing teams to create spaces that look as good as they work.


What you'll do

  • Design and develop creative concepts for pop-ups, beauty counters, and shop-in-shops
  • Translate brand direction into architectural drawings, mood boards, and presentations
  • Create and deliver detailed design packs for internal reviews and external production
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to support build feasibility and rollout
  • Research materials, finishes, and fabrication methods that reflect craftsmanship and sustainability
  • Support the creation of global design toolkits and guidelines
  • Manage multiple design streams at varying stages of development


What you'll bring

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Experience in retail, beauty, or experiential design, ideally within premium or luxury environments
  • Strong conceptual and technical design skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Awareness of retail trends, materials innovation, and the evolving beauty landscape
