Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover, across multiple complex fit-out projects. This is a client-facing role where you'll work directly with leading brands, contractors, and consultants to make sure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

What you'll do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle: feasibility, planning, design coordination, delivery, and handover
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses, providing clients with clear commercial insight
  • Oversee budgets, cost approvals, and value engineering without compromising quality
  • Manage programming, schedules, and project milestones
  • Drive compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations across all projects
  • Lead tender processes and ensure best value in procurement of suppliers and contractors
  • Produce accurate and timely project reporting and client updates
  • Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out, ideally across retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of contractor and client-side contracts
  • Track record delivering high-end retail or hospitality fit-outs across the UK
  • Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and confident solving problems independently
  • Strong communication and client management skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of construction safety requirements and health and safety legislation (CSCS/SMSTS desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel

Why apply

You'll work directly with leading brands on premium projects, with a competitive salary up to £70,000 plus benefits. The studio offers hybrid working, an annual bonus scheme, private medical insurance, referral bonus, and birthday leave. There's a clear pathway for progression as the consultancy continues to grow.

Right to work: Only candidates with the current right to work in the UK can be considered.
