Senior Interior Designer

Location: London Bridge, London (1 to 2 days in studio, more if you prefer)

Working pattern: Hybrid

Projects: Retail, leisure, F&B, and hospitality environments

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take the creative lead on brand-driven retail and leisure projects.

You'll guide ideas from concept through to delivery, leading presentations, managing client relationships, and shaping high-quality, detail-driven spaces. The role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative studio, enjoys mentoring others, and has the confidence to balance creative ambition with commercial thinking.

What you'll do

• Lead design direction and delivery across multiple projects
• Develop strong, narrative-led concepts that align with brand and customer experience
• Present confidently and maintain close relationships with clients
• Produce design intent drawings, visuals, and detailed specifications
• Use Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life
• Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across the team

What you'll bring

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 8+ years of experience, ideally across retail, F&B, leisure, or hospitality
• Excellent visualisation skills and technical confidence in Cinema 4D and Vectorworks
• Sharp eye for detail and design craft
• Confidence communicating and building strong client and team relationships
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking the lead
