Midweight Interior Designer (F&B)

Location: Birmingham (3 days studio, 2 days from home)

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role

We're looking for a confident and conceptually strong Midweight Interior Designer to join a well-established F&B-focused design studio in Birmingham. This role suits someone ready to take more ownership of projects while still learning from an experienced senior team. You'll be involved across concept development, design detailing, and project delivery, with plenty of space to grow.

What you'll do

• Develop and present creative concepts for new and existing hospitality clients
• Collaborate with the senior design team and wider creatives on live projects
• Produce design documentation, mood boards, and pitch decks
• Take ownership of smaller projects or support seniors on larger rollouts
• Present confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain consistency across design intent, detail, and delivery

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years' experience in interior design, ideally with F&B or hospitality exposure
• Confidence using AutoCAD, plus Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and project execution
• Degree in Interior Design or similar
• Proactive, organised, and eager to push your creative skills
