Midweight Interior Designer

Location: London Bridge, London (1 to 2 days in studio, more if you prefer)

Working pattern: Hybrid

Projects: Retail, F&B, and hospitality environments

About the role

We're looking for a Midweight Interior Designer to join a collaborative, design-led studio creating destination spaces across retail and hospitality.

You'll work closely with senior designers and directors, taking briefs, shaping concepts, and visualising ideas through to detail. This role suits someone with strong creative instincts, solid technical ability, and a genuine love for shaping spaces where design, strategy, and experience come together.

What you'll do

• Support the design team in developing thoughtful concepts
• Prepare presentation packs, visuals, and detailed drawings
• Create tender and construction-level drawings and specifications
• Specify finishes, materials, and design details
• Work with Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visuals and drawing packs
• Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings

What you'll bring

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 5 years' experience in the industry, ideally across retail, F&B, or hospitality projects
• Confidence in Cinema 4D and Vectorworks, with a strong eye for detail
• Comfort working across both concept and delivery stages
• Organisation, communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting your team
