Salary: Up to £130,000, depending on experience

About the role

This is an opportunity for a Head of Interiors to lead the creative vision across the studio's interior design portfolio. You'll direct the conceptual, aesthetic, and strategic development of projects, making sure each space reflects both the client's values and the studio's design philosophy.


Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive design integrity from concept through to execution and build a culture of innovation and craft within the team. The role calls for creative ambition and technical depth. Someone who can inspire with ideas while navigating the detail, complexity, and delivery of world-class interior environments.


What you'll bring

  • Significant experience leading interiors within a high-end design, architecture, or brand consultancy
  • Strong conceptual vision and understanding of brand storytelling through space
  • Expertise across luxury retail, showrooms, or experiential environments
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging designers
  • Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and design documentation
  • Confidence leading client relationships and presenting creative strategy
  • Excellent design sensibility with a refined eye for proportion, finish, and spatial identity
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
