Senior Retail Design Manager

Location: London Bridge, London (with UK site visits)

Working pattern: Permanent, hybrid

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

What you'll do

• Lead communications with tenants and their consultants at every stage
• Advise, review, and refine retail unit designs to meet centre aspirations
• Coordinate information flow across tenants, consultants, asset management, design, construction, and centre teams
• Create clear presentations, hand sketches, Photoshop visuals, and InDesign mark-ups
• Support larger landlord design projects from research to design intent
• Present to clients on site, run meetings, conduct photo audits, and manage snagging
• Identify opportunities for additional design work and help generate leads
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate closely with team leads

What you'll bring

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 8+ years in retail design, with at least 4 years in a design management or consultancy role
• Strong visual communication skills across quick sketches, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Confidence presenting and managing stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including fire, health, safety, and environmental considerations
• Experience working cross-functionally with leasing, development, design, and construction teams
• High attention to detail
• Driving licence ideal
