Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000

Working pattern: Full-time, hybrid

Location: London

Projects: Brand building, digital growth, content, and campaign development across existing and emerging platforms

Background: Candidates must come from a design or creative background, ideally across retail, hospitality, or similar sectors

About the company

Our client is a design-led consultancy specialising in project management and cost consultancy for some of the most recognisable names in retail, hospitality, and F&B. They blend creative thinking with commercial know-how, helping brands bring standout spaces to life from concept to completion.

Known for their proactive, pragmatic approach and design intelligence, they're now focused on growing their own brand visibility. The next step is building a marketing presence that reflects the same confidence and creativity they bring to every client project.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who genuinely understands the creative world. Someone with a background in design studios or creative consultancies, who knows how to position a brand that sits between creativity and commercial delivery.

This is a hands-on, visible role leading marketing strategy across digital, social, and experiential channels. You'll drive brand storytelling, build awareness, grow engagement, and celebrate the work that makes this business stand out in retail, hospitality, and F&B.

It's ideal for a marketer who enjoys the mix of strategy and doing, and who's motivated by seeing their ideas shape how a brand shows up in the world.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, partnerships, and events
  • Create high-impact campaigns and content (case studies, social, thought pieces, video, and podcasts) that tell the story of design and delivery in hospitality, retail, and F&B
  • Own social and digital strategy across key platforms, while exploring emerging channels to build reach and engagement
  • Represent the brand externally, speaking at events, panels, and industry gatherings
  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and performance reporting to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategy with growth plans and business goals
  • Track, analyse, and share performance data to optimise campaigns and content
  • Bring curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to experiment with new tools and ideas

What you'll bring

  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, ideally within a creative studio, design consultancy, or architecture and interiors practice
  • Proven experience marketing within the retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors
  • Confidence communicating and storytelling, with comfort representing a brand publicly
  • Strong experience across digital and content marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign management
  • A balance of creative instinct and commercial understanding
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Proactive, ambitious, and energised by shaping how a brand is seen and experienced

Why apply

If you're a marketing lead who understands the creative process, loves brand storytelling, and thrives in the world of design, retail, and hospitality, this is worth a conversation.

Right to work: Only candidates with the right to work in the UK can be considered.
