Salary: £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience

About the role

We're looking for a talented Midweight Interior Designer to join a growing team specialising in hospitality projects. You'll contribute to all stages of the design process, from early concept development through to detailed design and site coordination, working closely with senior designers and project leads.


This role suits someone ready to take the next step, gaining more responsibility and ownership while staying hands-on with creative design and delivery.


What you'll do

  • Support concept and detailed design development for hospitality interiors
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D visualisations using Vectorworks
  • Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and specifications
  • Assist with FF&E sourcing, schedules, and supplier coordination
  • Contribute to project documentation and ensure design intent is upheld on site
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants with professionalism and clarity
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team


What you'll bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality or F&B projects
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks 2D/3D and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong technical and detailing ability with an eye for design
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
  • Experience preparing drawing packages for tender and construction
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for great design
