Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Soho, London (hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience

Working pattern: Full-time

About the role

We're looking for a Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator to join a design-led team delivering standout interior and retail environments across the UK.

You'll play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing programmes, documents, and communication across design, construction, and client teams. It's a role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to bring clarity to complex projects.

Whether you're early in your coordination career or ready to step up to senior level, you'll be part of a close-knit team that values structure, collaboration, and growth.

What you'll do

  • Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings, produce minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Manage project documentation, drawings, and version control
  • Support tendering and procurement processes, liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Assist with compliance submissions and approvals, including Building Control and CDM
  • Produce clear, accurate reporting for project managers and clients
  • For senior candidates: lead reporting and compliance independently, mentor junior coordinators, and help improve internal systems and processes

What you'll bring

  • 1 to 5 years' experience in project coordination or delivery, ideally within interiors, retail, or construction
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project software is a bonus
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing documentation and supporting busy projects
  • For senior candidates: proven experience managing multiple projects independently and supporting junior team members

Why apply

You'll work across every stage of the project lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience with talented designers and project managers. This is a strong step for someone who wants to grow in a creative, commercially aware studio, with a clear path toward Assistant Project Manager and beyond.

Right to work: Only candidates with the current right to work in the UK can be considered.
